Prime Club is NOT a medical device. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All data, insights, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and wellness purposes only.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions regarding your health, diet, exercise, or medical treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through the Service.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health data, nutritional analysis, or AI-generated recommendations provided by the Service.
The AI coaching feature provides general informational guidance based on your data. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed nutritionist, dietitian, physician, or other healthcare professional. AI-generated recommendations may contain inaccuracies and should be used as a supplementary tool, not as a primary source of health decisions.
The Service allows you to connect third-party wearable platforms, including WHOOP, Oura Ring, and Apple Health. By connecting these services, you acknowledge that:
All content, features, functionality, designs, text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are owned by Prime Club and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the personal data you submit to the Service (meal photos, text entries, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
